3.0数量

双方同意合同总数量为1000公吨，总数量偏差上下不超过5%，在卖方香港仓库交货。发票金额按实际数量计算。

4.0dELiVERY StockisavailablefromopenwarehouseinHongKongPortandBuyerwillbenoti fied2twodaysinadvancetocomeforinspectionandpayment. TheGoodswillbepackedin20footercontainersinawaythatguaranteessafetyof thecoppercathodesduringtransportationandwhichtheSellerwarrantsareofan acceptablestandardtoitself.

4.0交货

这现货即可在香港码头公開仓库运作。卖方会于两天前会通知买方验货与付款。货品是打包装在20呎货柜内，这是保证电解铜在运送中的安全方式，同时亦是卖方保证可以接受的标准。

5.0PRicE BothPartiesherebyagreetothefollowingPriceStructure: USdpermetrictonexwarehouseHongKongPort

5.0价格

双方同意下述价格条款：

每公吨美元FoB香港。6.0PaYmEnTTERmS Paymentwillbebybankdraft,cashier’sorderorTT.PaymentinstrumentmustbeconfirmedreceivedinSeller’saccountbeforecoppercanbedeliveredortakenoutofwarehouse.

6.0付款方式

付款方式为银行本票,现金汇票或电汇现金,电解铜交货或移出仓库前卖方必需确认银行已收到货款指示。

7.0inSPEcTion SGSinspectioncertificatewillbeprovidedtoBuyer.inspectionisconducteddur ingthetransferfromtheBondedwarehousetotheopenwarehouse. TheweighingandsamplingshallbecarriedoutbySGSinaccordancewithstand ardandcustomaryinternationalpractices.
