河南财经政法大学成功学院 本科毕业设计报告书 乌鸦喝水2 摘 要 设计根据童话故事《乌鸦喝水》续编,原故事讲述的是乌鸦用小石头扔进装着半瓶水的瓶子,最终喝到了水,故事想告知我们遇到困难仔细观察、认真思考的道理。改编后的《乌鸦与井》讲述的是乌鸦在瓶子里装满石头后,水已经喝光了,于是继续飞走找水喝,在遇到一口井的时候,乌鸦看了看,认为自己有办法了,就是采取了上次喝水的方法,乌鸦就去找石头,结果把整口井给堵上满了,在井边找了半天也没找到一滴水。实际来说,乌鸦用石头把瓶子装满是符合的,但要把一口井装满是不现实的,用滑稽的行动来告诉我们,做事情要符合实际,脚踏实地,不可一意孤行,退一步有时候却是海阔天空。故事的结果是乌鸦没有看到一滴水后晕倒了,意在告诫我们在不符合实际做事的情况下,如果你一意孤行,那失败就是正常的结果。

我们即将毕业走向社会,当我们失去了学校的依靠和家庭的依靠下,面对社会上的物质
和精神的冲击下,能不能将自己的路走下去。在毕业作品的中心观点上,故事表述对人或事的态度及做事的方法。故事是根据小时候大家都熟知的故事《乌鸦喝水》改编而来。原故事是一个正面的题材,经过改变后成为负面题材。小时候我们可以对外面的世界充满幻想的美好,但现在我们即将融入这个社会,社会外面的一切都不再是我们想像的那样祥和,她会有自然界一样的生存法则,有时候也有家庭一样的温暖,社会虽然残酷,但机遇依然很多,当你在抱怨社会对你的不公平,抱怨激烈的竞争已经使你麻木不仁时,机遇来了,不知道你有没有做好准备。在作品故事的取材上是原故事的续写,通俗易懂,小智慧存在大道理。短片的主要制作是运用Maya软件及插件制作角色、场景、动作、渲染等工作,最后通过AE软件的后期加工合成,从开始制作到后期的最后合成,历时两个月,有我和另外的两位同学合作制作而成,其中我主要的是负责故事剧本的编写和参与角色动作的调节,看似简单的剧情,要做成一部完整的动画的却是遇到了很多的问题,比如最大的问题是我们三个人都不再同一个地方,而且距离很远,这对作品制作过程中的沟通探讨影响很大,但经过我们三个人的齐心合力下,问题一层一层的解决。故事的重点是讲述的是在毕业离校后,做人或者做事的方法是否可以想以往那样,对待困难要灵活的思考,脚踏实地的工作做事,同时不要凭借自己的一次成功而居功自傲。不同的问题对应着不同的方法,在遇到麻烦的事情,首先要思考问题的本质,对应着找到方法,故事中的乌鸦就是个反例。
1.1 课题简介 1.1.1 动画 动画是一种综合艺术门类,是工业社会人类寻求精神解脱的产物,它集合了绘画、漫画、电影、数字媒体、摄影、音乐、文学等众多艺术门类于一身的艺术表现形式。三维动画又称3D动画,是近年来随着计算机软硬件技术的发展而产生的一新兴技术。三维动画软件在计算机中首先建立一个虚拟的世界,设计师在这个虚拟的三维世界中按照要表现的对象的形状尺寸建立模型以及场景,再根据要求设定模型的运动轨迹、虚拟摄影机的运动和其它动画参数,最后按要求为模型赋上特定的材质,并打上灯光。当这一切完成后就可以让计算机自动运算,生成最后的画面。 图1-1 玩具总动员 图1-2 机器侠 图片来源:《玩具总动员》 图片来源:百度图片 1.1.2 角色的动作调节
一个3D动画的灵魂是剧本,那角色的动作就是灵魂的载体,而且角色的动作调节也是最麻烦的,角色设计的在漂亮,他没有动作,那不是动画,但是一个简单的模型拥有了完美的动作以后,也能成为一个不错的动画,例如皮克斯的台灯,模型的制作对于初学者来说也是很容易做的出来的,但赋予一些动作后成了皮克斯的经典。 图1-3 皮克斯《台灯》 图

想对一个角色设计出漂亮的动作动。其必要掌握的有动画原理、运动规律等这些知识。虽然说早上分镜上动作的设计已经画好,但具体的细节不是说谁都可以完美的表现出来的,就像人走路的动画,我们做出来这个动作并不困难,但就是看起来不是那么的自然,缺少了点什么自己也说不要清楚,也许缺少的是经验、知识和细心。动画简单的来说就是会动的图画,当时在不了解三维动画的时候,认为做模型和调动作是三维动画中的苦力活,视觉效果必然重要,但如果动作的设计没跟上,尤其是角色的表情设计太过简单的话,这部动画将很难受人关注,可以说把大部分经历和金钱花费在后期上,那将会入不敷出。 三维动画的动是一门技术,其中人物说话的口型变化、喜怒哀乐的表情、走路动作等,都 要符合自然规律,制作要尽可能细腻、逼真,因此我们要专门研究各种事物的运动规律。
