摘要 混合动力电动汽车(Hybrid Electric Vehicle, HEV)是采用传统内燃机和电动机作为动力源,通过热能和电力两套系统开动汽车,达到节省燃料和降低排气污染的目的,以求最终解除能源危机和净化环境的目的。众所周知,要想取得最佳燃油经济性,降低尾气排放和保持良好动力性,拥有一个合理有效的能量管理系统是至关重要的。狭义的能量管理系统(EMS)是以计算机为基础的现代电力调度自动化系统,主要针对发电和输电,用于大区级电网和省级电网。而广义的能量管理系统是包含EMS在内的能量的双向传输和对数据的处理等统一的系统,侧重于对能量系统的管理。混合动力汽车能量管理系统(辅助动力系统)主要功能是监测车辆能量状态,控制能量的流动,优化能量利用率,从而提高车辆的动力性,经济性和安全性。 本论文主要分为六部分,第一部分是方案确立,主要对混合动力电动汽车作简单介绍,同时说明了能量管理系统的定义及其在混和动力电动汽车中的作用,并给出系统方案;第二部分是能量存储单元,主要介绍超级电容器的原理及其特性,以及超级电容器的参数选择等;第三部分介绍电压,电流和温度的检测,主要说明了电压电流的检测元件和方法,以及温度的检测;第四部分主要介绍管理控制单元和多机通信,采用单片机作为信号处理单元;第五部分主要介绍输出和显示,采用CAN总线作为能量管理系统与整个电动汽车的专家系统的连接,以及人机界面;最后是结论,总结本设计的创新点及日后对整个能量管理系统更需完善的一些工作。关键词:混合动力电动汽车能量管理系统超级电容器CAN总线Abstract辽宁上学院硕士论文Energy Management System of Hybrid Electric VehicleAbstract The Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) uses traditional diesel and motor as thedynamic power and runs the bus by heat energy system and electrical power system.Then can we get to save fuel and reduce the gas pollution and at last release the energycrisis. As we know, if we want to get the best fuel economic advantage and reduce thedischarged tail-gas and hold the best dynamic advantage, it is most important thathaving a good energy management system (EMS). In a narrow sense of the word, theenergy management system based on the computer is electric dispatching automaticsystem based on the computer which is mainly aimed at electric power generationsystem and power transmission system using as the big area and province powernetwork. But in a broad sense, the energy management system is both double directenergy transmission and disposing data including EMS which is particular emphasis onthe management of energy system. The energy management system of the HybridElectric Vehicle (subsidiary dynamic system) mainly monitor the state of the vehiclecontrol the energy circulating and optimize the utilization ratio of the energy so as toenhance the advantage of the Hybrid Electric Vehicle in the dynamic economy andsecurity. Now either nation or international country make a series of laws about HybridElectric Vehicle such as ZEV plan and EURO I to EURO V .Because the automobileat present can not satisfy the requisition of these laws, each country develops the HybridElectric Vehicle. The United Stated American allying his three automobileknows that the HEV can run three litre per kilometer. The HEV in Japan Honda andAmerican crissile has nearly got to the technical standard. This note is mainly detached six parts. First, it is the introduction. The HEV isintroduced, at the same time the definition of EMS and its function is explained; Second,it is the energy storage unit. The principle and its characteristic of the ultra capacitor areintroduced. And the parameters about capacitor are selected. Third, the treasure of thevoltage current and thermal are introduced, the main treasuring methods are explainedFourth, it is the management and controlling unit, the signal treasuring components areused as and the interface between man and display board. In this part software is themain unit. It is mainly about EMS. Fifth, it is the output unit, CAN bus is used in thepart as the connecting between EMS and the expert system in HEV. At last it is theconclusion, the innovation pots are summarized, and some working should do aboutperfecting the EMS in the near future. The corresponding parameters about every part are selecting, and the PCBs aremaking. And a great deal of experiment is done. After testing the whole system, theresult is taken out, which not only prove the correctness of theoretical analyses, but alsoshow the good prospect of the application of the converter system.
