国际货运代理协议书 甲方： 乙方： 为进一步发展出口业务，根据我国有关法律规定，甲乙双方经友好平等协商，就出口货物的运输代理有关事宜，达成如下协议： 第一章适用范围 第一条. 乙方持有有效营业执照,同意将自有外贸运输货物或其揽取的 货物委托甲方代理安排以海运整箱/拼箱出口、海空联运、空运出口货物运输; 第二条. 甲方将按双方协议规定的各项条款,代理乙方向承运人或承运 人的代理进行货物出口的订舱、运输、装箱、进栈、报关、签发提单等,以及相关的货运代理业务。 第二章责任和义务 第三条. 乙方应向甲方提供内容详实,完整规范而准确无误委托书,并注明有关货运要求和操作要求（如有委托报关，装箱，拖运，商检，熏蒸或保险）等。委托书上必须加盖乙方订舱专用章。 第四条. 乙方提供的委托书其内容应包含以下项目：发货人、收货人、通知人、起运港、目的港、交货地、唛头、件数、中英文品名、毛重、体积、条款、费用支付方式，委托联系人、电话、传真等。
第五条甲方在收到乙方委托书后即开始订舱，并及时将预配船名航次/ 航班及预配提单号，进仓编号或装箱时间或截单截关时间等告知乙方。第六条. 甲方有责任按乙方提供的委托单内容配载货物，订舱过程中如有异常情况（预配超载，船期挂港变化，航班变化，订舱条件不符等），甲方有义务及时通知乙方。但若乙方实际出运的货物与委托单内容不符，乙方必须承担由此可能引起的一切风险、责任和费用。 第七条乙方托运危险物品、化工品、贵重物品、易碎品、怕挤压的物品、等必须事先向甲方提出书面声明，明确指出货物性质、防护措施、以及装卸、摆放等各方面的相关参数指标要求。未如实申报或隐瞒实情，甲方不负责由此所产生的任何风险，责任和费用。 第八条乙方托运特种箱（包括挂衣箱/开顶箱/框架箱/平板箱/冷藏箱等），必须事先向甲方提出申请确认，明确指出具体要求（挂衣箱：单双杠/ 绳索/压条；开顶框架平板箱：外形尺寸/单件毛重/装箱要求；冷藏箱：冷藏温度/通风预冷要求）。未如实申报或隐瞒事情，甲方不负责由此 所产生的任何风险，责任和费用。 第九条. 甲乙双方须按约定的方式、时间和地点交付所托运的货物，所交付的货物必须妥善包装且坚固适货的，能经受正常装卸运输，并符合承运人要求。 第十条. 乙方如委托甲方代理报关，应及时提供正确，真实，齐备的报关资料；甲方应及时将报关放行前的异常情况通知乙方。如乙方提供申
