摘 要: 为了满足山区农村水稻脱粒生产的需要,设计一种针对山区的水稻脱粒机已迫在

眉睫。本文设计了一种微型水稻脱粒机的结构,该水稻脱粒机可一次性完成脱粒、筛选、分离作业。该机体积小、重量轻,操作灵活,通过性与适应性好,较好地解决了丘陵、山区和水田水稻收获的难题。该机采用半喂入、弓齿式滚筒脱粒机脱粒,确保脱粒干净、破碎率低,分离性能好。 关键词:微型;水稻;脱粒机;分离;设计

Design of the structure for Micro-rice-thresher Abstract:In order to meet the needs of the production of mountains rural rice threshing , the

design of one kind of rice thresher for mountains is imminent. This paper designs the structure of a micro-rice –thresher,this kind of rice thresher can complete threshing, separation and screening operation. This machine has small volume, light weight, flexible operation, Passing ability and good adaptability to better solve the hills, mountains, and the problem of rice paddy harvest. The machine uses half- feeding, bow roller gear threshers threshing, ensure threshing clean, broken rate is low, good separation performance. 1 前言 1.1 研究现状 脱粒装置对作物脱粒过程的物理现象是比较复杂的,往往是几种作用力同时作用,归纳起来,脱粒可以靠冲击、揉搓、梳刷、碾压、振动等原理进行。在国外,脱粒分离装置工作原理得到了农机工作者普遍重视,在生产中也得到了广泛的应用。从1785年苏格兰安•朱米克尔设计了在直径为25cm圆筒上安装4条齿板的、圆周速度为4-6m/s的纹杆滚筒,1835年美国人特纳发计了钉齿滚筒开始,人们在不断改进完善这两种切流式脱粒分离装置的过程中,逐渐深入详细的分析研究[1]。据资料记载,Kolganov (1965)
