聚合硫酸铝铁的制备及性能研究

摘 要 本论文以硫酸铁和硫酸铝为原料,使用水解—聚合法制备聚合硫酸铝铁(PAFS)净水剂。以聚合硫酸铝铁对污水的除浊率作为评价指标,采用单因素试验和正交试验考查合成反应条件对污水除浊率的影响。结果表明:当铁铝物料比为1:5,碱化度为0.8,温度为70℃,时间为5h,所得产品对浊水除浊率达83.48%。对产品进行性能指标测试,全铁含量为1.77%,全铝含量为10.93 %,COD去除率为18%,表明制备的聚合硫酸铝铁具有较好的絮凝效果。 关键词:聚合硫酸铝铁 制备 性能 除浊率 II

Abstract In this paper, iron sulfate and aluminum sulfate as raw materials, the use of Hydrolysis - Polymerization Polymeric Aluminum Ferric (PAFS) purifying agent. Polymerized ferric sulfate turbidity removal rate of wastewater as an evaluation index, single factor and orthogonal experiments to examine effects of reaction conditions on the synthesis of sewage turbidity removal rate. The results showed that: when the iron aluminide material ratio of 1: 5, alkalinity is 0.8, temperature is 70 ℃, time 5h, the resulting product for turbidity water turbidity rate of 83.48%. The product performance testing, total iron content of 1.77%, the aluminum content of 10.92%, COD removal efficiency of 18 percent, show the preparation of polymeric ferric sulfate has better flocculation.
