合同
合同要用到很多的专业术语，并大致牵涉到以下几部分：标的物的品质、数量、重量、包装，还有价格术语（CFR, FOB, CIF）、装运条件、支付方式、保险和商品检验。每部分都是合同的重要一环，不能忽视。
