区域代理合同 Regional Agency Contract

7. Commission/ 佣金 7.1 The Brand shall pay the Agent commission at a rate of 15% of the purchase price originated from orders generated by the Agent. The commission thereof shall be net amount of what the Agent eventually get. 品牌方按代理方所达成的订单金额的 15%支付佣金，该佣 金金额为代理方到手净值。 7.2 The Brand shall pay the Agent commission within 7 work days after the Brand receives payment from the customer for the goods. If the price is paid at installment, the commission shall be paid at installment on a pro-rata basis. Any expense arising from remittance shall be borne by the Brand. 品牌方应自收到客户所付货款七个工作日内向代理方支 付佣金。货款分期支付的，佣金也按比例分期支付。任何 因付款发生的费用均由品牌方承担。
7. The rights and responsibilities of Agent 代理方的权利和义务
