6.Delivery and payment terms to potential customers 与客户

7.C ommission/ 佣金
7.1 The Brand shall pay the Agent commission at a rate of 15% of the purchase price originated from orders generated by the Agent. The commission thereof shall
be net amount of what the Agent eventually get. 品牌方按代理方所达成的订单金额的15%支付佣金，该佣金金额为代理方到手净值。
