-I- 年产2.5万吨乳粉的乳品厂设计 摘 要
本设计主要是进行年产25000吨乳粉的生产车间设计。针对于婴儿配方乳粉和全脂加糖乳粉的市场需求,设计出了婴儿配方乳粉和全脂加糖乳粉的配方,并计算出生产车间的物料衡算、热量衡算。本设计对辅助车间、公用系统、土建等方面作出一个初步的设计方案,同时,对水、电、汽的用量和费用也进行了估算;全厂总投资135456.239万元,年上缴利润56901万元,投资回收期大概为2.3年。 整个设计充分考虑了目前的经济状况和今后发展的需要,从节能的角度出发选择设备。生产流程充分考虑到机械化、自动化,技术上先进、可靠,布局合理规范。

-II- The Design of Annual Production Capacity 25000 Tons of Powder Dairy Abstract This design is mainly carried out an annual output of 25000 tons of powder production workshop design. In infant formula milk powder and sweetened whole milk powder market demand, designed the infant formula milk powder and sweetened whole milk powder formula, and calculate the production plant material balance, heat balance. The design of auxiliary workshop, utilities, construction and other aspects of a preliminary design, at the same time, water, electric, steam consumption and costs were estimated; plant a total investment of 1354562390 yuan, annual profit contribution 569010000 yuan, investment recovery period is about 2.3 years. The design takes full account of the current economic situation and future development need, from the energy point of view the choice of equipment. Full account of the production process of mechanization, automation, technologically advanced, reliable, reasonable layout specification.
