3.借款方必须按照借款合同规定的用途使用借款,不得挪作他用,不得用借款进行违法活动。否则，甲方有权要求乙方立即还本付息，所产生的法律后果由乙方自负。

4、乙方如未按协议规定归还借款，乙方应当承担违约金以及因诉讼发生的律师费、诉讼费、差旅费等费用。

LOAN AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE the day of year BETWEEN: (1) (the “Borrower”); and (2) (the “Lender”). NOW IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows: 1. Loan: Subject to and in accordance with this agreement, its terms, conditions and covenants the Lender agrees to lend to the Borrower on (the “Loan Date”) the principal sum of Pounds (￡) (the “Loan”). 2.
