1. 本协议如有未尽事宜，甲乙双方经协商一致，可签署补充协议，补充协议与本协议具有同等效力。
Any issue that not covered in this agreement shall be settled in the additional agreement after parties negotiation and the additional agreement has same legal effect as this agreement.

3.借款方必须按照借款合同规定的用途使用借款,不得挪作他用,不得用借款进行违法活动。否则，甲方有权要求乙方立即还本付息，所产生的法律后果由乙方自负。
The borrower must use the loan according to the purpose stipulated in the loan contract, and shall not use it for any other purpose or engage in illegal activities with the loan. Otherwise, Party A has the right to demand that Party B immediately repay the principal and interest, and the legal consequences arising therefrom shall be at Party B's own expense.
4、乙方如未按协议规定归还借款，乙方应当承担违约金以及因诉讼发生的律师费、诉讼费、差旅费等费用。
If Party B fails to repay the loan in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement, Party B shall bear the penalty for breach of agreement and the costs of attorney's fees, litigation fees and travel expenses incurred as a result of the litigation.
5. 本协议一式两份，甲乙方各执一份，均具有同等法律效力。
This agreement is in duplicate, each party hold one copy, and each copy has the same legal effect.
