姓名 : 指导教师 : 专业 : 铁道机车车辆(电力机车)专业 学院 : 机车车辆学院 答 辩 日 期 : 2014年12月 单位 : 黑龙江交通职业技术学院 摘 要 I 摘 要 电力机车被广泛应用于铁路运输、城市地铁以及轻轨运输上,用它作为运输系统的动力装置,因此它是运输系统的核心。电力机车电气线路通常由三部分组成,即主电路、辅助电路和控制电路。 如果按电器所接入的电路可以把电力机车电器分为三部分,即主电路电器、辅助电路电器和控制电路电器。主电路电器是指使用在电力机车主电路中的电器。主断路器就是主电路中重要部分之一。主断路器是接在受电弓与主变压器原边绕组之间,安装在机车车顶中部,它是电力机车电源的总开关和机车的总保护电器。当主断路器闭合时,机车通过受电弓从接触网导线上获得电源,投人工作;若机车主电路和辅助电路发生短路、过载、接地等故障时,故障信号通过相关控制电路使主断路器自动开断,切断机车总电源,防止故障范围扩大。 主断路器是电力机车的总开关,必须经常保持良好的技术状态。检查各连接气管、定位机构、传动气缸、主阀、起动阀、延时阀、分闸及合闸电磁铁装置,非线性电阻、灭弧室、隔离开关、转动绝缘子、隔离开关静触头与静主触头完好。 各部件检修时,尚须进一步解体、检查和修理,然后按规定程序逐一进行各部件的组装,最后完成主断路器的总体组装并进行调整试验。 本论文针对新型的主断路器进行分析,将主断路器的发展与日常运用结合,根据目前的使用情况来探讨如何能在确保人身安全、设备安全、生产安全的前提下更好的投入运营。

II Abstract Electric locomotive is widely used in railway transportation, urban subway and light rail transportation, power device of the transport system as it, so it is the core of the transport system. The electric circuit of electric locomotive is composed of three parts, namely, the main circuit, auxiliary circuit and control circuit. If the access according to the circuit of the electric locomotive electrical power can be divided into three parts, namely, the main circuit and auxiliary circuit of electrical appliances and electrical control circuit. The main circuit is used in the electric locomotive main circuit of the electrical. One of the important parts of the main circuit breaker is in the main circuit. The main circuit breaker is connected between the panto graph and the main transformer primary winding,installed on the locomotive roof central, it is the general protection of electrical switch and the power supply of the locomotive electric locomotive. When the main circuit breaker is closed, the locomotive panto graph is obtained through power from the contact wire, back to work; if the locomotive main circuit and auxiliary circuit when short circuit, overload, grounding fault, the fault signal through the relevant control circuit to make the main circuit breaker automatically cut off, cut off the total power locomotive fault range, prevent expand. The main circuit breaker is the master switch of the electric locomotive, must always maintain a good technical condition. Check the connection pipe, a positioning mechanism and a driving cylinder, a main valve, valve, valve, start delay tripping and closing electromagnet device, nonlinear resistance, arc quenching chamber, isolating switch, rotary insulator, isolating switch static contact and the static main contact intact. Each component overhaul, it still needs further disintegration, inspection and repair, and then according to the prescribed procedures one by one assembly of components, finally completed the overall main circuit breaker assembly and adjustment test. Abstract III This paper aiming at the main breaker of the utility model is analyzed,combining the development and the daily use of the main circuit breaker, to explore how to better in the premise of ensuring personal safety, equipment safety, production safety under the operations according to the current situation of use.
