Complimentary = for free. Sometimes rooms are offered to certain guests for free for promotional reasons. The guest should test our hotel once for free and then book again as a paying guest. GM needs to agree on giving complimentary rooms.

List of all guests arriving on a specific date. It contains information like name of the guest, room number, company name, rate, room type etc. and can either be in order of the room numbers or names.即将到达客人的资料，包括客人姓名、房间号、公司名等
