《导游情景英语》教学大纲一、课程性质与内容本课程是面向旅游管理专业的专业课程。
是一门实用型选修课程，面向旅游行业第一线，旨在培养学生较强的旅游接待能力，能够为将来成为高素质技能型旅游行业英语人才打下基础。
三大技能并重,即语言技能,知识技能和职业应用技能.通过系统学习旅游涉及的英语词汇,会话, 及旅游知识, 使学生了解旅游接待所包含项目和分类,掌握一定旅游知识, 提高旅游会话能力, 及提高其它涉及旅游的讲解演示能力及口译笔译能力.在本课程结束时, 能就不同的旅游情景进行恰当的交谈, 能就旅游话题及名胜古迹进行连贯介绍表达, 语音语法基本正确, 语言基本得体。
二、教学内容及要求本课程内容可根据旅游业职业岗位要求整合分为四个部分。
第一部分：导游业务服务程序，包括介绍、对话、实用训练。
第二部分：导游业务中常见的预防和对突发事件的应急处理，包括案例、分析、对话和实用训练。
第三部分：中国历史文化、社会、宗教等一般性知识，包括课文和问题。
第四部分：国内著名景点详细介绍及编写导游词，包括如何描述景点、景点描述的范例、问题和实用训练。
四个部分每一章节后都附有大量的练习题，强调通过练习来学习。
同时给出一些热点导游问题。
这些问题都来自于实践，都是旅游从业人员应该掌握和学习的重要知识。
具有很强的针对性和时代感。
实训是教学重点，因此要查找资料，搭建实训教学体系，具体操作如下：有计划分步骤进行实践教学，开学初班级分组，鼓励合作学习，同学互评，突出“学以致用”, 针对教材一些相对不足之处，将长对话挑重点改为导游解说词，补充更实用的单元或内容。
