英语:Unit 3教案(人教新目标八年级下)学习方式:自主、合作学习情感目标:通过当飞碟的降临,对人们各自正在忙于自己的事如何用英语来表达自己正在所做的事情.课前任务:Task1.请同学们回家调查家庭成员在过去的某个时第一课时教学内容与分析教学内容:Section A (1): 1a---1c教学目标:1.能够掌握基本单词和词汇。

2.学会过去进行时的基本结构与用法。

3.能够运用以when 引导的时间状语从句。

4.能够运用基本句型进行提问。

学习任务:我的爱好目的:通过学生小组活动,调查在过去的不同时间里做不同的事情,学会使用过去进行时态,培养学生应用英语进行交际的能力。

语言技能:Listening .Speaking .Reading ﹑Writing语言知识:过去进行时的用法及复习一般过去时态提示词语及句型:got out, cut, barber shop, bathroom, kitchen, well, bathroomWhat were you doing when the UFO arrived ?I was sitting in the barber’s chair .The barber was cuttingmyhair when they arrived .教学重点、难点分析:教学重点:基本单词,词汇和句型教学难点:能够运用过去进行时谈论人们所做的事情.课前准备1.本课时的教学课件2.课前发给学生表格向学生布置任务:在表格中写出有关内容。

教学设计教学步骤建议和说明Teaching Steps :Step 1 :Warm-up and revision1.Share an English song .2.Greetings and free-talk .从平常的谈话中轻松导入本课句型,信息沟通使谈话非常真实,而又浅显What are you doing ? Read the instructions .Make sure the Ss understand whatthey should do .2. Look at the dialogue in the picture .Explain :过去进行时态的构成: was / were + doing .用法:表示过去某一时刻或某一段时间正在进行的动作,一般用时间状语来表示。

通过图片呈现新单词,使学生学起来不易忘掉新单词.由图片引入新课教学,巩固落实所学知识,同时以旧带新,导入新课的教学.已学知识的巩固,真实的情景使学生容易学会如何表达并容易接受所要学的新知识。

同时可以很自然地让学生领悟when和过去进行词的用法.教师可提供相应的词汇供学生两人一组操练该句型。

教师四处走动。

捕捉信息,及时指导。

Step 5:Practice:Talk about what people were doing when the UFO arrived .1. Point at the pictures .Ask what each person is doing .2. Groupwork : Ask “What was …doing when the UFOarrived ?”3. Ask a group to say its conversation to the class .Step 6: Work on:SB Page 18,1c1.Pairwork:First the Ss work in pairs, then ask some pairs to present their dialogues to the class .2.Give the students some minutes .A:What were you doing when the UFO arrived ?B:I was writing a letter at home when the UFO arrived.…3.Listening.Step7 :Make a survey :Organize the students intogroups ,have them make a survey by asking others in the group questions :Have a report :Step 8:Grammar Focus :Review the grammar box by asking some students to read the sentences .Homework :1.Copy the new words .2.Make new conversations .3. Make a survey about what your classmates’ weekend plans and write a report . 在听力中很重要的一个环节是听并模仿,让学生模仿真实的采访节目,惟妙惟肖地模仿情景是语音语调和语速。

(听录音模仿是每天的常规作业,学生在模仿时注意连读和语速)。

当堂运用所学句型进行真实的交际,并获取了同学的一些生活中的信息,并进行交流.第二课时教学内容与分析:教学内容:Section A(2): 2a—-2c教学目标:1.Go on learning about past events .2.进一步学习以when, while引导的时间状语从句。

教学重难点:1.Sentences:(1)The boy was walking down the street when a UFO landed.(2)While the alien was buying a souvenir ,the girl called the police .2.Vocabulary : alien ,bought , landed on ,got out of , while , took off3.Difficult points:掌握以when, while引导的时间状语从句。

本课重点是掌握并进一步巩固第一课时的句型:要求学生能应用他们在实际情景中自如运用。

重点词语及句型:when, while, landed on, alien, got out of, bought, called the police, called the TV station, took off1.The boy was walking down the street when a UFO landed .2.While the alien was buying a souvenir, the girl called the police .课前准备:本课时的教学课件。

课前发给学生表格向学生布置任务:在表格中填写有关内容.教学设计:建议与说明选取上一课时的材料作为课堂的切入点,既起到复习巩固作用又能以旧带新,自然引出新课。

在听音练习中,第一遍让学生静听,对内容有一个大致印象,第二遍再动笔答题。

在二人小组中进行询问并做好记录,熟练句型、强化口语。

教师抽查操练情况,让一部分学生在班上做汇报,学生评出最佳优胜者。

(按口语流利、合作密切、无语法错误等。

)第三课时教学内容与分析:教学内容:Self Check 3a---4, 1---3教学目标:1Vocabulary :unusual , experience ,imagine ,follow , strange , around ,amazing , kid train station, ran away, crowded, anywhere, somewhere, met, came in, happened, accident2.Ability target :Train the students’ listening and speaking skills .Train the students’ communicative competence .Train the students’ telling stories skills .3.Language goals :What were you doing at nine o’clock last Sunday ?语言知识:过去进行时和一般过去时的用法重点词语及句型:in front of, got out, walked down, was surprised, went into, called the police1.What were you doing at nine o’clock last Sunday morning ?2.You’re kidding !教学重难点:本课重点是掌握并运用前两课时的句型,要求学生能应用过去进行时态.本课时的难点是:在过去的某些不同时间里所做的不同事情而学会会运用过去进行时态..因为学生会容易和一般过去时搞糊涂,因此本课会安排更符合学生生活认知的话题,让他们有参与的兴趣。
