北京师范大学珠海分校教学大纲2011 —— 2012学年第 1 学期《合同法》教学大纲一、课程说明1、课程基本情况课程名称：合同法所属专业：金融学（英）、国际经济与贸易（英）课程性质：通识必修课（）通识选修课（）学科基础课（）专业方向课（）专业选修课（√）实践教学（）学分： 2 学分2、课程简介目标：在满足社会主义现代化建设和实施依法治国方略对法律人才的需要的过程中，我国的法学教育有了极大的发展，尤其是在我国加入WTO前后，许多重点高校把双语教学提到了议事日程上。
新的形势要求法学教师使用双语讲授专业课程。
这标志着我国的专业英语教学面临着越来越高的要求，为了适应这一形势的需要，我们特开设《合同法》英语。
