be 动词的过去式：
am, is, —— was (单数)
are —— were (复数)
be动词有五个：am ,is ,are, was, were . 中文意思：是是是。

I 用am, you 用are,
is 跟着他、她、它。

单数句子用is,
复数句子全用are。

过去式：was, were
I和单数用was,
you和复数都用were
