• 盘形测针
盘形测针的用途
用来探测直径较大深孔的中心坐标 和直径等。由于其结构的原因,在 测量孔的直径时,精度会低于使用 球形测针的测量结果。但对中心坐 标的影响很小。 盘形测针的定义及校验(以Ф25盘测 杆为例) 1. 为 了 保 证 校 验 结 果 的 精 确 , 先 校 验一个普通球型测杆,保持标准球 不移动; 2.卸下球测杆,换上盘型测杆; 3.新建一个测头文件; 4.在“测头说明”里选择测头组件: PH10MQ
