摘要
近年来由于工伤事故率居高不下,雇主责任险越来越受到人们重视,它以投保 灵活、高额赔偿等优势和工伤保险共同起到了事故赔偿作用。本文在分析雇主责任 保险条款设计,承保,核保,防灾防损和理赔存在问题的基础上,进行险种全寿命 周期的风险管理模式研究。首先,利用RAC方法区别各企业风险性质,并且根据各 种风险组合形式对承保方式进行划分。其次,在免赔额方面,通过危险性评价得出 基础免赔额分数值,使免赔额在实施过程中有章可循。同时,在核保过程中增加了 对企业的安全评价,起到了对承保过程的反馈作用,最终形成一套较为完善的雇主 责任险风险管理模式,实现了对险种全寿命周期风险管理作用。 关键词:雇主责任保险;全寿命周期;风险评价业设计(论文)
Abstract
Employer’s liability insurance has drawn more and more attention in recent years because of the high rate of work injury. It plays a role in the accident compensation with industrial injury insurance for its flexible insurance and high compensation. In analyzing the problem based on the design of clauses, underwriting, loss prevention and claim, this article will do research on the life-cycle model of risk management. First of all, RAC was used to distinguish the nature of risks for different enterprises, and then set off underwriting approach according to the different risk forms.Secondly, we find out the basic deductible score by risk assessment, and make the process of deductible of rule-based. At the same time, increase the safety assessment in order to play a role in feedback to underwriting. Eventually, it formed a more perfect set of employer’s liability insurance risk management model, and realizes the role of insurance risk management in the life-cycle.
