自蔓延高温合成 (self propagation hightemperature synthesis,简称SHS),又称为燃 烧合成 (combustion synthesis)技术,是利用 反应物之间高的化学反应热的自加热和自 传导作用来合成材料的一种技术,当反应 物一旦被引燃,便会自动向尚未反应的区 域传播,直至反应完全,能够用来制备无 机化合物高温材料。
