一、借款金额
Ⅰ. Borrowing balance
借款方向贷款方借款人民币壹佰叁拾万元（￥1,300,000.00）。
The debtor borrows 1.3 million yuan (￥1,300,000.00) from credit side.
二、借款利息
Ⅱ. Interest on loan
在合同规定的借款期内，年利为6%，利随本清。借款方如果不按期归还款，逾期部分加收利率0.5%。
During the loan in the contract, the annual interest is 6%. If the principal is paid off, the interest will be stopped. If the debtor doesn’t pay on time, the interest rate of overdue portion will be added 0.5%.
三、借款期限
Ⅲ. Life of loan
借款方保证从2016年11月1日起至2017年10月31日止，按本合同规定的利息偿还借款。贷款逾期不还的部分,贷款方有权限期追回贷款。
The debtor guarantee paying back borrowings and interest according to the contract from November 1, 2016 to October 31, 2017. Credit side has right to ask for the overdue portion of borrowings within a definite time.
四、条款变更
Ⅳ. Provision alternation
因国家变更利率，需要变更合同条款时，由双方签订变更合同的文件，作为本合同的组成部分。
When a country changes its interest rate and the terms of the contract need changing, the contract signed by both parties should be included as part of the contract.
五、权利义务
Ⅴ. Rights and Obligations
贷款方有权监督贷款的使用情况，了解借款方的偿债能力等情况。借款方应如实提供有关的资料。借款方如不按合同规定使用贷款，贷款方有权收回部分贷款，并对违约部分参照银行规定加收罚息。贷款方提前还款的，应按规定减收利息。
The credit side has the right to supervise the use of the loan and understand the debtor’s ability to repay the debt. The debtor shall provide relevant information truthfully. If the debtor does not use the loan in accordance with the contract, the creditor has the right to recover part of the loan,and the default shall be subject to a punitive interest in accordance with the provisions of the bank. If the debtor pay back borrowings earlier, the interest should be reduced according to provisions.
六、合同争议的解决方式
Ⅵ. S ettlement of contracts disputes
本合同在履行过程中发生的争议，由当事人双方友好协商解决，也可由第三人调解。协商或调解不成的，可由任意一方依法向人民法院起诉。
The disputes arising from the performance of the contract shall be settled through friendly negotiation between the parties concerned, and may also be mediated by the third party. If a negotiation or mediation fails, any party may file a suit in the people’s court in accordance with the law.
七、本合同未做约定的，按照《中华人民共和国合同法》的有关规定执行。
Ⅶ. If the contract has not been stipulated, the contract shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China.
本合同一式2份，双方各执1份。
