No load losses include coreloss、dielectric loss、 Conductor loss in the winding due to excitation current and conductor loss due to circulating current in parallel windings these losses change with the excitation current.H.V D.C convert transformer used for power transmission: Convert transformer is one of the very important equipments in H.V.D.C power transmission system, it can be used for interconnection between non-synchronous A.C networks and the delivery of power can be controlled . the converter transformer is high in reliability、 Low in losses、small in noise、 low in temperature rise and small in partial discharge . the 800KV convert transformer, developed and manufactured by TBEA for Yun Nan-Guang Dong 800KV extra H.V D.C power transmission project, has passed all of the routine and type tests successfully in August,2009. the 800KV extra H.V D.C power transmission project is the first line in the world until now and it is very important for further development in this fieldWinding assembly:Winding shall be installed to core limbs with integral assembly, and ensured its lightness. Winding and winding assembly shall be subject to constant pressure drying, to enhance its short circuit withstand capacity. High intensity of padding blockshall be provided to suffer drying several times and in order to enhance insulation electric and mechanic intension, active part shall be not allowed to be exposed outside for much time. Oil tank structure:Oil tank shall be bell type, which is better than conventional type in mechanical intension and seal. Abundant of magnetic shielding and copper shielding shall be installed on oil tank wlll and edge to prevent it from local heating and reduce stray loss. Only one point of magnetic shielding shall be grounded. Oil tank shall be subject to vacuum (residual pressure inside the tank < 13.3 Pa) and 0.098 Pa positive pressure after fabrication. In order to prevent oil leakage, flange shall have mechanical (machined) faces and be assembled with sealing stop match which ensures its sealing of transformer.Structure of insulation:Main insulation between windings shall be of structure with thin paper cylinder, small oil gap. More attention shall be paid to insulation level of the centre of winding. Accuracy electric field distribution and compositive electric field intensity shall be calculated by computation process. Insulation structure can be adjusted, and leads shielding shall be arranged according to the principal of equip-field intensity,to keep electric field distribution uniform and ensure insulation reliability.。
