(如果是座机) Can I speak to James please?This is a business call from China. 如果是james直接接电话,就ok了,可以直接对接到上面的话术; 如果不是james又会出现两种: 转接过去,ok,对接上面的话术; 说不在,要手机号码或者邮箱,I have very important thing to discuss with him.如果给了,对接上 述话术; 不给,或者不知道,Can you please tell who is taking charge of business in your company,I mean,purchasing or sourcing. 无论他说出谁,都要问是否在,在能否通话;如果还是说james,就要问,您觉得我什么时候打电 话他会在呢?ok,不管对方说什么,我们肯定是要再打……

上面是写的第一通电话,无论是开发性还是回复性,都是第一通电话,那么很多时候你给客户打了电 话,发了邮件,其实客户并没有回复,那么还需要有下一通电话: Good morning.This is Nature. Is it James speaking? I believe you have checked my offer yesterday. Maybe you have something not so clear or not so satisfied. I will try my best to make you regard us as your regular supplier. 这个时候客户或者说,我会考虑的,你要怎么说呢? Can you please tell what you are thinking about our offer? 如果客户没有意向往往会通过拖延你,就如同上面说的我会考虑,那么直接问他怎么考虑的。

Your price is too high. • 第一:你能降多少;或者如果价格已经是底限 • 第二:客户会直接告诉你,我能接受多少 如何回复不靠谱的价格:Really?You mean **(产品名)?Are you sure you are talking about the price of **?Your price is much much much lower than our cost!our lowest price is##.Where did you get this offer?If you really can get this price ,i really would like to buy from you!Please kindly reply to me with your price CIF to Shanghai. 第三,要求决策迅速,电话迅速反应。

第一步:列出打这通电话的目的; 第二步,列出实现这个电话目的的话术; 第三步,揣摩这个电话的语气;
第四步,记录客户的反馈;
第五步,写出下一步的跟进计划;
打好电话最重要的点并不是技巧,而是积极的态度和咬牙的坚持。

先说准备工作: 1.FAQ文件,包括产品FAQ和外贸FAQ,产品FAQ也就是客户常问的关于产品得问题以及答案,外贸 FAQ则是外贸里面常问的问题. 2.录音软件。 3.电话软件,例如Wephone,Skype 4.如果是开发性电话,对客户进行必要的分析是必要的.(看客户网站,谷歌海关数据, Facebook,LinkedIn等)

不管他说什么,我们要说,I know you have very good supplier.We never hope you will place the orders to us just communicate once. What I want is to get a chance.Please accept our free sample(如 果第一次对方没有要样品,不管是开发性或者回复性,要主动提出免费样品,当然视产品而定)。如果 是非常大的客户,我们会这样说:We really want to invite you to our factory.The charges including air tickets and hotel will be on our account.(舍不得孩子套不到狼)。如果不是很大,你可以说当下订单的 时候可以给他报销飞机票之类。

开发性电话:本来就是陌生拜访,实际上就是骚扰,所以要直接。 (如果是手机) Good morning,this is Nature from ABC.Is that James speaking?单刀直入:Sorry to disturb you .We are manufacture of ABC from China.I call today to look for the chance to cooperate with you .Just one minute please,ok? 这个时候的大部大多数是,等我们有计划了我会联系你的。 我当然不会等你联系我:OK,never mind .I will give you an email about our detailed offer for your information.Of course I would like to give you free sample if you need.这个时候不管对方说什么,如 果不是询问具体信息,都要这样说,please reply my email with your address,I will make the sample delivery as soon as I can.

回复性电话: 如果是回复第一封邮件,回复之后要马上打电话,如果是当事人我会这样说:Good afternoon james,this is Lisa from ABC.You have just sent us one enquiry 10 minutes before. 如果我们回复够快,客户往往是有印象的,态度不会很差 I have replied to you with details.Please check .If you have anything not clear,please reply to me or call me. 对方往往会说,ok Bye the way,May I have your Cell number please(如果没有的话).May I have your skype/What's up please?It is much easier to communicate by chatting directly. 如果需要转,我就会说: We got inquiry of *** from James. I want to have some discussion with him by phone.Because I think he needs the information urgently. 一般都能转过去,或者要到手机号码。
