在沥青路面施工过程中，质量的控制和检查是保证质量最重要的一环，对施工质量的好坏影响很大。
本文主要就沥青混凝土路面施工质量控制的问题进行了认真研究。
沥青混凝土路面在我国高等公路建设中使用非常广泛，沥青路面的施工是公路施工中一道关键工序。
影响沥青路面质量的因素有三个阶段：第一阶段：沥青面层施工前阶段；第二阶段：沥青面层施工阶段；第三阶段：沥青面层施工后，即工后交付使用阶段。
第一、第二阶段可通过一定措施，采用适当的施工工艺和加强现场管理控制对平整度指标加以控制和提高；第三阶段可通过及时养护加以处理或通过路面专项维修恢复其路面使用功能。
影响沥青路面质量的因素主要有：下承层平整度不良对沥青路面平整度的传递影响因素、沥青混合料的影响因素、摊铺作业的影响因素、碾压作业的影响因素等。
沥青路面施工应贯彻“精心施工，质量第一”的方针，保证沥青混凝土路面施工质量，使铺筑的沥青混凝土路面坚实、耐久、平整、稳定、提供舒适、舒畅的交通条件。
随着科技的不断发展，许多新技术，新材料都得到了实际应用，各种规范、标准化较齐全，但从实际施工来看，尚有许多值得探讨的问题。
对此，现举例就211国道淳化境内标段沥青路面施工质量控制及病害防治措施简要叙述。

In the asphalt pavement construction process, qualitycontrol and quality inspection is one of the most importantring, very good or bad influence on construction quality. By studying the problem in this paper, the quality control of asphalt concrete pavement construction.Asphalt concrete pavement is widely used in the highway construction in our country, the construction of asphalt pavement in highway construction is a key procedure.Factors influencing the quality of asphalt pavement has three stages: the first stage: asphalt pavementconstruction stage; the second stage: asphalt surface construction stage; the third stage: the construction of asphalt surface layer, namely after the commissioningstage. 通常说，工程质量是施工做出来的，所以施工对工程质量起保证作用。
沥青路面施工必须按全面质量管理的要求。
建立健全有效的质量管理保证体系，实行目标管理、工序管理、明确岗位责任制，对施工的全过程、各阶段、每道工序的质量进行严格的检查、控制、评定，以保证达到规定的质量标准。
要以分项工程、单位工程逐层的质量保证来最终保证建设项目的整体质量。
我们就211国道淳化境内标段沥青路面施工质量控制及病害防治措施简要叙述。
2.沥青混合料路面施工要求2.1混合料的进场检验材料员凭运料单接收混合料，并核对数量、规格型号。
同时对混合料的外观进行检查，有下列情况之一的应及时退货，不得使用：（1）焦糊（2）花白料（3）结成团块（4）粗、细集料规格不准确3.沥青混合料路面施工准备3.1组建施工组织机构建立一支精干、高效的施工组织机构是施工质量控制的关键。
这就要求机构成员事业心、责任感强、懂技术、会管理,建立各级岗位责任制,责任到人。
3.2熟悉设计文件，领会设计意图熟悉设计文件、掌握施工设计图纸是施工前准备工作的首要任务,一般有项目部技术负责人组织图纸会审,通过详细的分析和研究,充分领会设计意图以便掌握项目规模及各分部分项工程的实际工程量,为合理编制施工组织设计及施工计划打下基础。
