This document is the annex of the “Static electronic rail weighbridge of the contract”, and defines th e technical specifications of the equipment.圣戈班位于江苏省徐州市，对于它的新的大口径管道工厂来说需要五台静态电子轨道衡。
For its new Large Diameter Pipe Plant, located in the city of Xuzhou, province of JIANGSU, SAINT-GOBAIN needs five Static electronic rail weighbridges这项投资是大口径管道工厂加工制造的重要设备之一，并且其必须符合圣戈班所提供的技术规范。
This investment is an important part of equipment for the manufacturing in the Large Diameter Pipe Plant and must satisfy all of SAINT-GOBAIN’s hereafter technical specifications.供应商应为这类设备的专业人士并且它在合同中所述的项目范围内的初步研究，设计，施工，运输，装配，启动，调试运行以及其他所有方面都具有专业技能和充足的资源来实现（和/或已经实现）。

称量废钢工序是否能及时有效地完成将对生产产生直接的影响，因此承包商的供货必须有最大的可靠性保证，以防止由于轨道衡故障对生产造成影响。
25吨静态电子轨道衡(两台)该设备是用来称量铁水。

基本原理G ENERAL P RINCIPLES- 当车辆称重时，通过承载器将重量准确地传到高精度称重传感器上，称重传感器将此重量信号转换成与之成比例的电压信号，该信号通过接线盒汇总后传给称重显示仪表，并由表内的数据采集和处理系统对此信号进行测量、放大、滤波、A/D转换，经微处理器（CPU）进行处理后成为数字式称重信号，然后经由仪表显示和远传。

设备构成T HE EQUIPMENT IS COMPOSED OF15吨静态电子轨道衡，一台材料清单备注：称重仪表安装在电炉控制室加料车控制柜上，大屏幕安装在甲方制定的地点。
显示器带4－20mA模拟量输出口,带计算机接口,带大屏幕接口,称体厂家负责大屏幕的安装、调试。
