下列所规定工作小时或最少休息小时是依照(国家法律、法规和/或集体合约)适用于本船。

The following work or minimum rest hours are applicable in accordance with__________ _____(National law, regulation or collective bargaining agreement)
1、所有值班人员在任何24小时期间内，最少有10小时的休息。

All duty officers/engineers and ratings shall be provided a minimum of 10 hours of rest in every 24-hours period.
2、休息时间最多可分为不多于两个至少长度为6小时的时段。

The minimum of rest may be divided into no more than two periods, one of which shall be at least 6 hours in length.
3、最少10小时的休息可减至连续的6小时，但不应超过2天，每7天的休息时限不少于77小时。

The minimum period of 10 hours may be reduce to not less than 6 consecutive hours for no more than 2 days, provided 77 hours rest given each 7-days period.
我同意本记录真实地反应了有关海员工作或休息的小时。
