7.2 出售方应提供货物的技术支持和售后服务。
第八条：保密8.1 本合同是买受方和出售方之间的商业机密。
8.2 未经买受方同意，出售方不得向任何第三方透露本合同的任何条款。
第九条：违约和争议解决方式9.1 如买受方未能按照本合同的条款和条件支付货物的价格，则应支付违约金，在此之前，出售方有权拒绝交付货物。
9.2 如出售方未能按照本合同的条款和条件交付货物，则应支付违约金。
9.3 本合同的履行受中国法律的管辖。
对本合同的任何争议应提交到北京仲裁委员会，按照该委员会的仲裁规则解决。
