智慧城市建设现状问题及对策研究内容摘要随着我国城市化发展步伐加快，城市发展矛盾凸显，如何解决城市面临的难题，在世界范围内引起了广泛讨论。

世界许多国家都开始了智慧城市建设之路。
本文试图阐述智慧城市的基本概念及特征、理论基础及发展现状，以个案为例，剖析 G 市智慧城市建设出现的问题，通过借鉴国外智慧城市建设的经验，以探索智慧城市发展之路。

第三部分：探讨 G 市智慧城市建设中出现的问题。
智慧城市建设是一项系统工程，有成效也有问题，问题主要是：缺乏务实的顶层设计以及有效的宏观指导；技术发展不均衡，高科技含量技术成本高、普及率低；投资力度不够，投资方向存在问题；智慧人才存在较大缺口；信息资源安全缺乏保障。
G 市智慧城市建设过程中出现的问题具有代表性，值得反思。
第四部分：通过对国外智慧城市成功案例的分析，为智慧城市建设提供经验和启示。
国外智慧城市创建过程中最突出的特点在于因地制宜，结合本国独特的地理区位和经济、文化、社会环境，有重点地推动当地的智慧城市建设，实现差异化发展。
这样的发展目标和发展路径值得我们学习。
第五部分：提出了优化智慧城市建设的对策。
一是加强顶层设计，完善重大政策制度；二是强化社会参与，提高城市科技创新水平；三为落实资金投入，扩宽融资渠道；四是强化队伍建设，保障人才供给；五是保护信息安全，建立城市信息安全服务体系。

How to settle the problem has generated extensive discussions over the world. A large amount of countries has begun the construction of smart city with the development of scientific revolution and the application and promotion of new high-technology industry. This paper aims to explore the way of smart city by instructing the basic conception and features of the smartcity ,explaining its fundamental theory and current situation ,using case analysis leading to the existing problem as well as learning from the foreign countries in the area of smart city construction.The paper mainly contains five parts.The introduction firstly insructs the background of the subject and significance .It secondly analyzes the research status home and abroad.Then,it explains the research methods including data studies,normative analysis and case analysis study.At last,it points out the key and difficult points and the innovation point of the paper.Chapter two mainly introduces the conception and the fundamental theory of the smart city.It simply analyzes the qualities and traits of the smart city and furtherly compares the similarities and differences between smart city and digital city,which aims to search the correct theoretical surpport for the smart city construction.Finally,it instructs the significance of smart city building.The conctruction of the smart city willmodify the industrial structure,promote the harmonious society,boot the individual consumer market and enhance the citizens'standard of living.What's more,the smart city can also make the delicacy management of the city come true.Chapter three discusses the exiting and possible problems during the construction of the smart city according to the G city's construction of it as a leading case.The smart city building is a system engineering with benefits and ck of practical fundamental design and valid marcro guidance as well as equalization development , costly and rare high technology , low investment degree,wrong investment direction,big shotage of talents and endangered message resources are the main trouble encountered in the smart city in G city of G province building,which is worthy of rethinking.Chapter four provides us some experience and enlightenment for us through the analysis of the successful case home and abroad in the area of smart city building.The most significant feature of the foreign peers is that they can act according to local conditions combining with the local geographic position and economic,culturaland social environment,when constructing their smart city focusing differently.That is what we should learn from them.Chapter five comes up with the specific strategy of optimizing the smart city building.
