2.范围及权责：2.1本标准使用于本公司设计、制造或任何贴有OPTOpower的商标进行销售或发布的产品，包括所有部材及维修零件皆适用，及供应商使用在生产之原材料、半成品、成品及其它对产品造成污染之工具及耗材等。
2.2部件和材料的适用范围：①包括半成品。
例如：印刷电路板组件、模组等组装部件等。
②包括附件。
例如：零件之附件、特性资料等。
③包括产品所使用的附属材料。
例如：胶带、焊接材料、粘结剂…等。
⑷包括所有部件的包装材料。
例如：栈板、托盘、打包带、纸箱、塑胶袋、胶带、标签、缓冲材料、印刷油墨及涂料等。
