兼职管理办法

兼职管理办法
为了规范部门兼职员工(包括实习生)管理,保障部门和兼职员工双方的利益,特制定本办法。

一、招聘兼职员工的目的
解决既有工作人手不足的问题;
摸索形成一套新型的用人与合作机制;
工作中发现具有潜质的后备人员。

二、兼职员工招聘流程:
1.申请人向本部门主管和总经办主管提出书面申请,说明招聘兼职员工的原因,兼职员工的具体岗位职责、兼职时间、工作部门等内容;
2.获批准后,总经办人事部安排招聘工作;
3.确定人选后,填写《应聘申请表》并向总经办人事部报备,总经办人事部与兼职员工签订兼职协议,内容涉及工作类型、薪酬等,同时将身份证复印件作为兼职协议附件;实习生工作时间及报酬从实习生到总经办人事部报到、签订实习协议之日起算。

4.兼职员工及实习生薪资与全职员工一并发放。

(短期兼职可根据考勤表现金结算工资)
三、兼职员工报酬
所有兼职员工的报酬按____9-12___元/小时核算,主管可根据兼职员工的表现予以定薪,但不超过12元/小时。

兼职员工的报酬有特殊要求的,申请人须部门主管、总经办主管批准。

正式签订实习协议的实习生,与正式员工一样,享受住宿及饭堂补助等津贴;兼职员工则不享受。

所有兼职员工如在兼职期间发生人身意外伤害,我司除为其购买商业团体保险之外,仅给予道义上的援助和支持。

四、兼职员工的管理
1.兼职员工应及时填写《应聘申请表》及兼职协议并向总经办人事部报备,否则不予办理劳动报酬,所造成的后果由申请人负责。

2.兼职员工到岗后,申请人应负责向其解释公司及其部门的各项规章制度,为其提供必要的培训,使其尽快进入角色。

申请人有义务督促兼职员工树立集体荣辱观,自觉维护公司及其部门的集体形象。

3.兼职人员离职时,按公司离职手续流程办理离职。

可简化操作。

5.所有兼职员工需签订保密协议并自觉遵守。

6.除钟点工外,其他兼职人员离职时应交接工作及所借公物,申请人务必告知总经办人事部,否则申请人将承担所造成的经济损失。
