可量測尺寸為18650, 26650,26700 等筒型電池•
依條件設定分類檔位,最多可分為6個不同檔位再加上不良品檔類,自動進並具備滿線、滿櫃警示通知料,量測,分類.能設定數量,自動放入收納櫃中,並具備滿線滿櫃警示通知.•能偵測反向電池並反轉使其同向.
測量鋰電池電壓規格(OCV)和內阻(ACIR)高精度:電阻±0.5% rdg. ±5dgt., 電壓±0.01% rdg. ±3dgt.高解析度:電阻0.01m Ω(300m Ω量程); 電壓0.1mV(20V 量程)高速10ms 以內同時測量內阻和電壓

說明功能•可編程量測各型電池組開路電壓(OCV),交流內阻(ACIR),温度傳感器(TH),識別電阻(IR)之阻抗.並短充電/放電確認功能及讀取/比對BMS(電池管理系統)內參數在靜態及動態中是否正常.
•量測過放電功能(400A 內),電池組保護功能模組(PCM)能否啓動,然後復歸.•可監控及量測電池組內單一模組電壓變動狀況•針對不同之BMS 所使用之PROTOCAL ,可選用三種不同介面,進行溝通,讀取及比較•量測程序可自我編程,並按步序自動執行檢測,記錄及標準比對,並顯示測試測試結果.•可配合BAR CODE 啓動測試,並允許與shop flow 系統結合,將模組,BMS 板,半成品,成品等測試結果資料用BAR CODE 系統連接起來,便於追溯及統計•
