2020年BSCI验厂加班超时整改措施
■问题点:
6.2 - Based on satisfactory evidence, it was noted that the factory did not comply with the national statutory regulations with regards to the maximum
amount of monthly overtime hours,exceeded legal overtime limit for 36 hours per month, the maximum monthly work time is 45 hours. As per the
provided attendance records from August 2019 to the audit date, the overtime hours of 22 randomly selected workers in July 2020, June 2020
and November 2019 (recent month, maximal month and minimum month) were 45, 45 hours and within 36 hours.(The PRC Labor Law article 41)

3)规划并改进部分工序作业方式,由手工作业改为半自动或者自动化(如:手工上釉改为喷釉),提升生产效率及产能,减少加班时间。
