WD-QA-008 检具内部校准通用规程
本文件旨在确保___内部所有自制检具、夹具等得到有效
管理和内部校准，以保证产品质量。

为此，制定了本内部检具校准规程。

计量员负责内部校准工作，包括记录和发出内部校准报告。

同时，计量员还负责制定内部检具校准规程，并提交质量经理审核内部校准报告。

实施内部校准人员需要经过相关的仪器校验技能培训，并熟练操作测量室各种检测设备。

根据《量具登记表及校验计划》要求，计量人员合理制定自制检具、夹具的校准周期。

一般检具为一年，夹具为验收时一次性校准。

到期需要内部校准的自制检具需要进行内部校准。

校准使用工具和设备包括CMM、卡尺、千分尺、卷尺、
量块、大理石、无水酒精、防锈油等。

校准环境需要符合标准要求。
