本节主要教学内容为Module3 Unit3 Project课文1—2段，本课的教学任务是引导学生理解课文1—2段，分析课文长难句及掌握文中知识点。整个教学过程分为课前自主预习、小组合作与展示、教师精讲、当堂检测及课外练习，共5个环节，在自主预习环节中，通过单词连线检测学生课前预习情况，并且通过问题和视频导入课文，介绍相关背景知识。在小组合作与展示环节中，通过听录音，小组合作阅读理解课文，教师引导学生理解文中的长难句，通过小组讨论，个别翻译等方式给学生展示。在教师精讲环节中，老师通过例句分析归纳知识点用法，并在课堂上布置练习加以检测学生掌握情况，课外并及时布置相关练习进行巩固。

Alexander the Great亚历山大大帝,公元前356年7月20日－前323年6月10日.亚历山大大帝足智多谋，在担任马其顿国王的短短13年中，以其雄才大略。东征西讨，先是确立了在全希腊的统治地位，后又灭亡了波斯帝国。在横跨欧、亚的辽阔土地上，建立起了一个西起古希腊、马其顿，东到印度恒河流域，南临尼罗河第一瀑布，北至药杀水的以巴比伦为首都的疆域广阔的国家。创下了前无古人的辉煌业绩，促进了希腊古文化的繁栄和发展、东西方文化的交流和经济的发展，对人类社会文化的进展产生了重大的影响。他是世界古代史上最著名的军事家和政治家。
