小区住宅楼结构设计

武汉市某开发区住宅楼结构设计(一)
摘要
本设计是某小区住宅楼结构设计(一),其主体结构为钢框架结构。

本设计的成果主要由设计计算书和结构施工图两部分组成。

结构计算包括水平风荷载下框架的内力和侧移计算、竖向荷载作用下的框架内力计算,内力组合,梁柱截面验算及节点设计,楼梯计算,基础设计,楼板配筋设计。

其中内力计算一榀框架的手算。

电算时,先用钢结构框架软件中进行结构平面布置,检查平面数据,输入楼板,输入荷载数据,再用PKPM,画结构平面图;最后用SATWE软件进行框架的空间结构计算,输出钢框架结构验算及内力计算结果。

本设计风荷载作用计算和水平抗震计算都采用D值法求得;竖向荷载作用下的框架计算取一榀框架,用弯矩分配法求得。

求出上述内力后,即可进行内力组合,然后根据内力组合的结果进行梁柱截面验算及节点设计。

最后进行楼梯的设计、进行柱下独立基础设计、及楼板配筋设计。

施工图绘图,包括结构施工总说明、基础平面布置图、基础详图、钢柱锚栓布置图、结构平面布置图、纵向框架布置图、节点详图1、节点详图2、节点详图3、楼面板布置图、屋面板布置图、楼梯布置图。

A Graduate of the Structure of the Residential
Building Design
Abstract
The design is a graduate of the structure of the residential building design ,
the main structure is steel frame structure. The design content is divided into
the design calculation and the structure drawings.
Structure calculation includes horizontal wind load to internal force and drift
calculation, the earthquake under the framework of internal force and drift ca lculation, the vertical load under the framework of internal force calculation, t
he internal force combinations, beam and column checking and node design, stair design, basic design, the slab reinforcement. And among this, internal fo rce calculation consists of two parts, such as computerized and the hand coun ting of single framework.
When using the computer to calculate, first, it should use the software of th
e steel structure framework to lay out the structural plan, check the plane dat
a, input the floor slab and the loading data. Second, use the PKPM to draw th e structure of the plane graph. Last use the software SATWE to the spatial str ucture of the framework and output of the steel frame structure to checking a nd internal force calculations.
The frame calculation under vertical loads use D value method in wind load and horizontal antiseismic calculation . In this part the frame is irregular. To s olve the problems the separatelayers method and distribution of moment met hod are used. After calculating the internal force, it can group the internal for ce, and then according to the results of the internal force to beam and colum n checking and node design. Finally foundation design is made . The staircase s in the column nag slab reinforcement are designed.
There are twelve pieces of structure drawings in all, such as the structure c
onstruction, the basic of floor plan and detail, the anchor bolt steel column lay out, the structure floor plan, the longitudinal frame layout, the details and pro files of node ( figure 1), the detail and profile of node ( figure 2), the detail an d profile of node ( figure 3), the panel layout and the roof layout, the stair lay out floor.
