Notice
Any notice, request, consent, offer or demand required or permitted to be given in this Agreement, must be in writing and must be sufficiently given if delivered in person or sent by registered airmail or by fax or telex confirmed by registered airmailed letter. Notice is deemed to have been given on the date of mailing except the notice of change of address which is deemed to have been given when received
Period of Agreement (Duration)
This Agreement comes into force on the date on which it approved by the Chinese Government and continues for five years.
On the expiry of the period A may continue this Agreement for further five years by twelve months’ prior written notice to B.
