本课通过学生对在日常生活中，影响我们情绪的原因，往往不是事件本身，而是个人对事件的看法、想法。
因此，我们可以借助练习来改变我们的想法，进而控制我们的情绪，解决困惑。
本单元通过“想法你我他”和“我也可以这样想”活动，了解学生对同一事件的不同看法，让他们学习从各种不同的角度去看待事情，并了解不同的想法会产生不同的感受，培养积极乐观的态度。
学情分析从各方面情况来看，本班总体还是不错的——班风积极健康向上，学生思维较活跃，班干部的工作能力有很大提高，大部分学生已经逐渐养成良好的学习习惯，但是仍不排除少数一些自控力较差的学生。
表现最为明显的是字体书写普遍不规范还不工整，上课小动作多。
学困生占班级比例过大，两极分化现象严重。
存在着班级间发展不平衡，班级内发展不平衡的突出现象。
缺乏学习积极性。
受社会、家庭环境等的影响，部分学生有不良的学习习惯(拖欠作业、不专心听讲、不记笔记、作业抄袭、作业不规范、不懂得学习方法等)和学习上进心不够好，组织纪律差、心理素质(承受挫折)较差。
教学目标知识与技能:帮助学生了解“想法”会影响情绪过程与方法:培养学生开朗、合群的健康人格。
情感、态度与价值观:了解自己的优点和不足，并有意识地发扬优点，克服不足。
教学重点和难点1、引导学生学会在面对一件事情的时候，先要调整好自己的想法，进而调整好自己的心情。
