广场战略性规划,设施功能齐全。

将为佛山新城总体规划打造成为新的金融商业中心这一目标做出贡献。

此项目的重点是高度为300米的地标塔楼,建成后它将成为佛山最高的建筑,具有里程碑的意义。

The Foshan Sunning Plaza development is a mixed-used development inthe centre of the Foshan New City Central District. The range of functionsand facilities has been strategically selected so that they would complementthe wider development of the New City District as the new financial andbusiness centre. The focal point of the project is a 300m tall landmark tower;it will be the tallest building in the New District, serving as its landmarkanchor and become a focal point to the proposal.新城建设自2003年启动开始,目前已经完成了主要基础建设项目工程,建成了包括东平大桥,世纪莲体育中心,新闻中心,完成了水利工程,绿化生态环境工程等。

同时,完善了路网连接广州,珠海等周边城市以带动新城的经济产业发展从而将新城打造为繁华的金融商业中心。

Since construction began in 2003, the District has seen significant civiland commercial projects delivered including area-wide water conservancy,environmental and ecological improvements and landmark buildings suchas the Dongping Bridge, the Century Lotus Sports Centre and the FoshanMedia Centre. Meanwhile a rapid improvement of local and intercitytransport links are being put in place connecting to Guangzhou and Zhuhai,both of which are also well-established financial powerhouses, with a viewto realise the district’s potential to become a new financial and businessdistrict for the city of Foshan.这个即将进行的项目矗立在新城的中心,交通四面八达。
