商界环境绩效倡议(BEPI) 属于业务驱动服务，由欧洲欧对外贸易协会(amfori) 专门为致力于提高全球工厂和农场环境绩效的零售商和进口商制定。

零售商视程度持续增加，以期获得企业更多的透和进口商的供应商所在国通常面临着复杂的环境挑战。

在这个背景下，公司认识到，业务的可持续发展取决于其通过供应链进行卓越运营，以及将环境绩效整合入业务实践的能力。

The following documents will be reviewed during the BEPI onsite assessment. They shall be prepared in advance to the onsite audit.This list is not all-inclusive; please be prepared to present information on all relevant environmental programs and initiatives.
•Business license, production information, site layout/floor plan, maps of the surrounding area, if available; information on nearby protected habitats (e.g. local nature reserves) including distance from site, if available; information on the site geology and hydrogeology, if available;
•Management structure, environmental policy, employee handbook, environmental committee meeting minutes
•Previous environmental reports/Corrective Action Plan
•Government/agency Inspection Reports, e.g. environmental compliance, environmental permits,consents and licences (or documented exemptions where applicable) for:
o waterabstraction;
o effluentwastewater discharges;
o storm water discharges;
o emissions toair;
o chemicaland fuel storage;
o on-sitewaste management and storage; and
o off-site waste disposal informationincluding contractor’s
o licences;
•Procedures (e.g. waste handling and disposal, spill containment etc.);
•Training records (chemical hazards, chemical handling, PPE, equipment operating procedures, etc.)
•Hazardous substances list/inventory; safety data sheets for hazardous substances •Emission sources inventories (e.g. emissions to air, land and water);
•Inspection/service logs and inspection reports for environmental- critical equipment e.g. abatement equipment etc.;
•Environmental emergency procedures;
•Spill/incident log and remedial steps taken including
•Correspondence with authorities regarding e.g. spills, leaks, odour, noise
•Air emission monitoring log/results;
•Greenhous e gas data (use, release etc.); • energy use data;
•Water sources (e.g. from abstraction borehole), uses (e.g. process water, cooling etc.) and consumption data;
•Employment site drainage plan;
