1.Time keeper2.Case 每两个人一样:讨论之前分下组3.网上银行进军国际市场4.大概是讲一家通讯公司遇到了一些挑战,让我们描述他的situation并给出solution,材料里面会有财务、技术、mkt、sales等方面的信息材料是个通信公司碎片式材料题目是介绍目前情况;遇到的问题;如何解决内容可以看懂,可以先看最后的部分,因为这部分不是每个人都有。

非会计同学可以了解一些名词的英语比如折旧5.case是关于一个服装零售公司,好像是叫Sell&Jane吧,首先介绍的是background,说它主要客户是 55 岁以上人群,同时为了吸引更多顾客,它们也在店里开了咖啡店。

然后接着是讲它采取了一些 expansion 措施,均没有取得成功。

后来提到它的三个同行竞争者,后面一页是 financial performance 一张 4 年的利润表,可以横向对比,有 total income,expense,operating income 和 net profit,再接着有谈到客户的图表分析,一张条形图,4 年的比较。

下一页谈到一个fashion model 穿了它家的衣服之后上了magazine,反响不错,再后面一页是讲 delivery,两大张表格。

整个 case 问了 3 个问题:1)整个案例的情况2)提出 recommendation 去 support future expansion3)对未来 3 年提出 implementation我们小组采取了 3C 和 4P model 进行分析,也从 short-term,mid-term 和 long-term 对最后一个问题进行了回答。

我们的manager对我们好像不是很满意,觉得我们一直在各说各的,没有看到 logical 的一面。

Speech:Case: Telecommunication Company1.Summary: I am pleased to summarise background information of company andintroduce presentation outline. Firstly, XX is a multinational telecommunicationcompany founded by xx 8 years ago the main business of which it to provide clientswith installation, maintenanc e and after-sale service. Three main competitive rivalries are A, B and C which focus on low-price and high-end service respectively. However, this company has confronted with several issues, budget deficit,low professionalism, failure to meet clients’ needs, terrible after-sale service, founder leave and thedecrease in income. Thus, the company is seeking for change of target client that thetarget client will be big corporation in the future i n order to improve corecompetitiveness. what we think most importantly is that the majorissue ofoverallcompany is the decrease in income because of bad performance of differentdepartments so we will discuss it from department perspective. Our presentationincludes three parts: The first and second part includes discussion of issues, risks and solutions proposal from A,B,C and D department perspective. However, all issues and risk caused to dominant issues that the income is decreasing. Therefore, we should improve every department performance by solutions my group members justtalked aboutSolution Proposal:Financial Department: the issue is budget deficit. Risk: the future budget imbalance and financial crisis.In order to figure it out we should take following two steps which are project evaluation again and the capital reallocation: Firstly, all of projects should be evaluated and projects with bad outlook should be stopped. Secondly, the capital reallocation within company.We should distribute capital to different department according to its real capital need. Fox example, we allocated too much capital to Department A so part of capital should be reallocated to Department B. My section is discussed from financial department perspective about risks and issues and possible solution proposal. To be honest, there a lot of issues but I only mention the predominant factor, budget deficit which will cause to relevant two risks. First one, financial imbalance and crisis may happen. Second one, the project with good potential can not be completed as a result of the lack of enough funds. Then, company is unable to attract more client and income keeps decreasing. Therefore, following two solutions should be considered. Firstly, we should evaluate project again in order to keep good-outlook projects and discontinue project with bad performance. Secondly, capital reallocation in company.We should reallocate more funds to most important projects.2.2 DevelopmentAfternoon everyone. I am glad to share my ideas with you guys. My presentation is discussed from development department regarding to issues, risk and possible solution proposal. To be honest, there are lots but I only mention the predominant one, low professionalism, which will cause to the risk that company product falls behind competitors because of a lack of core competitiveness. Therefore, we must take following measures. Firstly, internal assessment for technical employees integrates with remuneration policies. Fox example, best and worst performer has award or punishment respectively. Besides, external recruitment could attract more experienced staff who also can improve the performance of development department.2.3 Selling DepartmentAfternoon everyone, it is my pleasure to share my ideas with you guys. My section is discussed from selling department perspective about issues, risks and then possible solution proposals. Actually, there are lots but I only mention two dominant factors, failure to meet clients’ needs and horrible after-sale service, which will cause to the risk that current clients choose another company and our company keeps decreasing. The following steps could be taken in order to figure it out. Firstly, selling department should collect client’s feedback and then communicate with development department to improve product quality. Secondly, the same as development department. We should combine internal assessment with remuneration policies. For example, best and worst performer should receive reasonable award and punishment.2.4 Marketing DepartmentAfternoon everyone.I am glad to share my ideas with you guys. My presentation is discussed from marketing department perspective about issues, risks and solution proposals. Regrading to issues, actually, there are lots but I only mention two dominant factors, Founder leave and decrease in income, which caused to risks. Firstly, company brand reputation is decreasing and potential close-down of business. In order to figure it out the following measures should be conducted. First one, we should strengthen brand promotion by attaching more emphasison product strengths. Besides, market department should work with other divisions like development to improve core competitiveness, broaden product line, take multi price strategy for market segments. By doing this, we can increase sale volume and pricing power.。
