7.严禁将公款存入私人帐户,违者按贪污论处。

8.禁止向店铺和工厂索要佣金。

9.公司按照“按劳取酬、多劳多得”的分配原则,根据员工的职责、能力、表现、工作年限等情况综合考虑决定其工资

10.员工按国家法定节假日休假。
因工作需要不能休假的,后期安排补休。

11.合同期内员工辞职的,必须提前1个月向公司提出辞职申请。

12.员工未经批准而自行离职的,公司不予办理任何手续;给公司造成损失的,应负赔偿责任。

13.员工必须服从公司安排,遵守各项规章制度。

14.员工严重违反规章制度、后果严重或者违法犯罪的,公司有权予以开除。

15.员工辞职、被辞退、被开除或终止聘(雇)用,在离开公司以前,必须交还公司的一切财物、文件及业务资料,并移交业务渠道。
否则,公司将不予办理任何手续,给公司造成损失的,应负赔偿责任。

16.员工请事假或者病假的,需提前告知。

19.下班前检查所有电器,确保处于关闭状态,锁好门窗。

公司保密制度

1.全体员工都有保守公司秘密的义务。
故意或过失泄露公司秘密的,视情节及危害后果予以行政处分或经济处罚,直至予以除名。
