农村公路网技术评价指标体系的研究

摘 要：目前，我国将大力加强农村公路的规划建设，农村公路网将在经济建设中发挥重大的作用。

但是，我国现有的公路网评价指标体系仅是针对整体公路网而言，对农村公路和干线公路网的评价指标体系没有区分对待。

本文通过对我国农村公路相对线公路的独特的形成发展机理、结构形式、功能特点和布局规划方法的研究，提出了从路网的“有无”，出行的“难易”和服务的“高低”三个层面建立起我国农村公路网的技术评价指标体系，以期能为新一轮的农村公路网规划提供参考。

Abstract：In the new period， rural highway’s plan and construction will be enhanced，and the rural highway road net will take significant roll in our country’s economic construction. But some problem still existed in technique evaluation index system，that is，the system treats the rural and the main highways as the same thing. Based on the research of the special development mechanism，function and characteristics of the rural highway structure form of our country，a technique evaluation index system was established from the three aspects — there is or is not road nets; it is difficult or easy to go; and the service level is high or low，which can be refered in the planning and constructing of the rural highway.
