1、工作部分:本部分由工作部件、进水管部件和底阀部件等组成,底阀部件只在100JC、150JC、200JC 三种井径的泵,当其安装深度超在100m左右时采用。
工作部件由上、中、下壳、叶轮、锥套、壳轴套和导轴承、叶轮轴等零件组成。
叶轮为封闭式(也可采用半开式),在壳体上镶有密封环,以便在磨损后易于更换。
壳体之间用螺栓联接(对100JC10、150JC50采用螺纹联接)。
扬水管为法兰联接的,工作部上端装有短管以利于吊装。
2、扬水管部分:由扬水管、传动轴、联轴器和轴承体部件等组成,扬水管有法兰联接和螺纹联接两种形式,传动轴上有一段镀有硬铬,镀铬段的有效长度为轴承长度的两倍,当传轴铬处磨损后,可调换短传动轴(对法兰联接的扬水管)或短管(长螺纹联接的扬水管)的安装位置,即可再次使用。
3、井上部分:是由泵座部件、传动装置、原动机等部件组成。
泵座承受全部扬水管和工作部分的重量,泵座出口处根据需要可安装闸阀及逆止阀,并与出水管路相联。
传动装置是将原动机的动力传递给传动轴的中间装置。
有皮带轮传动装置;齿轮箱传动装置;配普通立式电机需要的推力装置等。
深井泵采用的原动机通常是深井泵专用立式空心轴电机,同时也可采用普通立式电机;内燃机等。
JC-type axis deep well pump consists of three parts.Le:work parts(including the inlet pipe and bottom valve),part of pipe for pumping water,part above well.1、work part:This part consists of work parts,the inlet valve parts and bottom valves,and bottom valves components are only in100JC,150JC,200JC three kinds of well diameter of the pump,when installed in a depth of more than about100m can be used.Work parts consists of upper,middle and lower casing,impeller,taper sleeve,casing sleeve,guide bearing,impeller shaft and other parts.The impeller is closed(and it also can be semi-open),on the case there is a inlaid seal ring in order to replace easily after wear.Bolt connection betweenthe shell(for100JC10,150JC50using thread connection).Pipe for pumping water is flange connection,the top of work part install a short tube to hoisting.2,Pumping water pipe part:Consisting of pumping water pipes,transmission shafts,couplings and bearing body and other parts,pumping water pipe has flange connection and the threaded connection the two forms,there is a section of hard chrome plated in the transmission shaft,the effective length of chrome plated segment is twice than bearing length,after the transmission axis of chromium wear,you can exchange short transmission shaft(for the flange connection of pumping water pipe)or the installation site of a short tube(a long thread connection of pumping water pipe),and you can use it again.3,Parts above well:Consisting of pump base part,transmission device,prime motor and other components.Pump base bear the weight of all the pumping water pipes and work parts,the outlet of pump base can install gate valve and cut-off valve as needed,and connection with the outlet pipe road.Transmission device transfer the original motive power to the transmission shaft of the intermediate device.There are pulley drives,gear box drives and the thrust device with a general vertical motor and so on.The prime motor used by deep well pump is usually the vertical hollow shaft motors dedicated by deep well pump,and deep well pump can also use the ordinary vertical motor,internal combustion engines and so on.泵的安装PUMP INSTALLATION1、安装前的准备:(1)检查井筒质量和清洗井水:检查井筒内径尺寸和直度是否符合水泵使用条件的要求。
对于新打开的水井,必须用空压机或旧泵进行充分的洗涤,直到抽出的水清亮,含砂量符合使用要求为止。
(2)检查地基质量与泵房:井口的基础应能承受泵的全部重量,保证水泵在长期使用中不变形。
泵房的建筑应以泵拆装方便,保证水泵井上部分的工作不受自然条件影响为原则。
(3)工具、设备的准备,除制造厂随泵带来的夹板,轴承体搬手等工具外,尚需准备如下工具和设备:(a)4米左右高的三角架一付;(b)手动或电动葫芦一个(起吊重量参见表1);(c)钳工工具一套;(d)管钳子两把;(e)钢丝绳一根;(f)枕木两根,圆木和方木若干根。
对于螺纹联接的扬水管,尚须两把链钳。
此外,还须准备油脂、砂布、钢刷、刀片等物品(4)检查并清理零部件:按随泵带来的“产品装箱单”清点泵全套零、部件及图纸资料。
用煤油将需要安装的零部件所有配合面(螺纹、止口、端面等)、清洗干净,但橡胶制的轴承不得与油类接触,以防橡胶变形。
检查所有零件的配合表面是否有磕碰、划伤、油污、锈蚀等。
若有,则应仔细进行修整并涂漆防锈,不可马虎。
凡在生产厂装配好的部件,一般不必拆开重装,但应对工作部件检查其转动部分是否转动均匀,灵活,轴向串动量是否符合图纸的要求。
检查传动轴的弯曲情况:将轴两端用“V”型铁架起,用千分表检查测量,其总跳动量不起过0.4毫米,否则应进行校直。
(5)安装前零部件的摆放:将清理好的水泵零部件按装配的先后顺序摆放在井旁的圆木上(参见图2)。
应注意的是:传动轴在距“镀铬段”较远的那一端拧上联轴器以后,按图2所示位置放到扬水管里面。
将三角架的中心对准井口中心,并固定稳妥,在检查各项工作就绪,起吊设备保证安全可靠的情况下,即可进行安装。
图一安装前水泵各部件的布置1.Preparing for Installation:(1)Check the shaft quality and cleaning well water:check the shaft internal diameter size and straightness that whether fitting the conditions of use requirements of the pump.For new wells opened,you should fully wash with an air compressor or an old pump,until water pumped is clear and sand content in line with the requirements.(2)Check the foundation quality and pump room:the basis of the mouth of the well should be able to withstand the full weight of the pump to ensure long-term use and not be deformed.Pump house building should be easily dismantled to ensure the work of pump above the well for the principle of not affecting the nature condition.(3)Preparing for tools and equipments,in addition to bringing the plywood with the pump manufacturer,bearing body wrench and other tools,and still need to prepare the following tools and equipments:(A)a pair of tripod of4meters high;(B)a manual or motor-driven gourd(lifting weights see Table1);(C)a suit of fitter’s tools;(D)two pipe pliers;(E)a wire rope;(F)two sleepers,several logs and lumps of wood.For the pipe or pumping water with thread connection,you should prepare two chain clamp. Moreover,you also need to prepare grease,emery cloth,steel brushes,blades and other goods. (4)Check and clean parts:check the full parts and drawings of the pump by the“product packing lists”with the ing the kerosene to clean the components need to be installed and all the matching surface(thread,end opening,and surface,ect),but the rubber bearings should not contact the oil to prevent deformation of rubber.Check whether all the matching surface of parts have a bump,scoring,greasy dirt,and corrosion,ect.If have,you should repair carefully and paint to prevent rust,and must be careful.All parts assembled in the factory,generally do not have to take part and re-install,but the working parts should be checked whether the rotating part evenly and flexibly rotate,and whether the axial string momentum meets the requirements of the drawings.Check the shaft bending situation:the shaft ends with"V"-shaped iron set up,check the measure with a dial gauge,and the total amount is not more than0.4mm,or you should be alignment.(5)Placement of components prior to installation:put the parts of pump checked to put on the logs beside the well by the order of installation.(see Figure2).It should be noted:After the end of transmissinon shaft far from the"chrome section"screw on the coupling,you should put it to the pipe of pumping water as the Figure2.Put the center of the tripod to align the center of the well opening,and fasten,under the condition of ensuring safty and reliablity,you can install.Figure1the components of the arrangement of the pump before installing2、安装顺序(1)将进水部件和底阀部件(当泵带有底阀时)装在工作部件的下端。
