该汽轮机转速为3000rpm，串联，单再热、回热、凝汽式，水平中分，三个缸带6段不可控制抽汽回热给水加热。该汽轮机设计参数为：主汽门（紧急停止阀）前主蒸汽压力140kg/cm²(abs)/540℃，进入中压缸前的再热蒸汽温度为540℃。低压缸排汽对应的压力为0.087kg/cm2。汽机阀门全开工况连续运行流经喷嘴蒸汽流量应为汽机MCR工况蒸汽流量的105%，汽轮发电机在TMCR工况时的额定输出功率为150mw。
