2. SCOPE：范围This standard applies to the door window regulator for passenger cars and MPV. Particulars not specified here shall follow drawing specifications.本标准适用于门窗调节器为乘用车和商务车销量。
这里没有指定事项应当遵循图纸规格3. SAMPLE PREPARATION：样品制备3.1. In the event of any intentional deviation from the requirements of this standard, including dimension measuring data, engineering change and change in contents, the supplier shall inform GMDAT of them.在事件的任何故意偏离此标准的要求,包括尺寸测量数据,工程更改和改变内容,供应商应通知他们的GMDAT。
3.2. Samples shall be greased to drawing specifications.样品应绘制规范上3.3. Sample fastening torque shall conform to drawing specifications.样品紧固扭矩应符合图纸规格4. TEST EQUIPMENT：测试设备4.1. Test shall be conducted with the window regulator installed in the vehicle condition, sliding resistance force (including glass) against the upward movement of the glass mounting part applied downward and sliding resistance force against the downward movement of the glass mounting part applied upward.测试应当与窗口调节器安装在车辆情况,滑动阻力(包括玻璃)反对向上运动的玻璃安装部分向下滑动阻力应用对向下运动的玻璃安装部分应用向上4.2. Sliding resistance force shall conform to drawing specifications.抗滑力应符合图纸规格4.3. Glass stroke shall conform to drawing specifications.玻璃行程应符合图纸规格4.4. Unless specified otherwise, test shall be conducted at 20±5℃.除非另有说明,试验应在20±5℃进行5. TEST METHOD/SPECIFICATION：测试方法/规程Unless specified otherwise, test shall be conducted in the vehicle or equivalent condition.除非另有说明,测试应当在车辆或同等条件5.1. Performance test 特性测试5.1.1. Manual window regulator 手动风窗玻璃升降器For smooth operation, the crank handle shall be operated 5 times before test.对于运行平稳, 测试之前手摇曲柄应操作5次(1) Operating effort: Operating effort shall not exceed 2.1 Nm on average and 2.5Nm maximum at up and down.操作工作:操作工作不得超过平均2.1Nm, 2.5 Nm最大在向上和向下。
(2) Spindle idle play: Max 40°主轴空转角度最大40°5.1.2. Power window regulator 电动风窗玻璃升降器Motor connection terminal input voltage during performance test shall be 12±0.2 V.(electric wiring resister is0.2Ω). When safety option applied, measure at real vehicle or real vehicle condition.电压12±0.2 V（线阻0.2Ω）当安全的选择应用,测量在实际车辆或真正的车辆情况(1) Operating speed: The up and down speed shall be 170±50 mm/sec respectively.操作速度:向上和向下的速度应该是170±50毫米/秒的。
(2) Operating current: Usual operating current shall not exceed 10 A, and constraint current shall not exceed 25 A.操作电流:操作电流不得超过10A,堵转电流不得超过25A(3) Override force: Override force shall be 220±50 N.关闭力：220±50 N(4) When safety option applied, safety pinch force and distance of reverse the performance shell be meet a reference regulation requirement.安全操作，安全夹持力和距离的扭转性能的壳是满足一个参考监管要5.2. Durability test：耐久试验Motor connection terminal input voltage during durability test shall be 13±0.2 V. (electric wiring resister is 0.2Ω)One times is defined as fully up and down of glass, total 2 cycle life (20,000 times) shall be conducted. One cyclelife consists of the following temperature and relative humidityconditions: 20℃, 50% 6,000 times →80℃, 90% 2,000 times →-30℃, 0% 2,000 times.Upon completing test under each temperature condition, change in performance shall be measured. The following corrosion resistance and dust test shall be conducted during of durability test 电压13±0.2 V（线阻0.2Ω）一个循环包括玻璃向上和向下，总共2个寿命周期（20000个循环）。
一个寿命周期包括：室温下6000次，80℃, 90% 2,000 次，-30℃, 0% 2,000次。
在完成测试在每个温度条件,改变性能应测量。
下面的耐腐蚀和灰尘测试应当期间进行的耐久性试验The performance after each temperature condition test shall be satisfied with requirements of performance test(but, clause 5.12.(4)shall be preform at befre and after durability test only.). Samples shall show no sign of wear,deformation, breakage or abnormal noise that affect function. But, when apply a safety option, preform 10cycle operation and check the abnormal after each temperature condition test每种温度条件下的试验后，性能满足5.1.2的要求,5.1.2(4)部分的要求只针对耐久试验前和耐久试验后。
样品不能有迹象表明磨损、变形、破损或异常噪声,影响功能。
但是当采用安全选项。
操作10个循环并检查是否有任何变形在各种温度试验后5.2.1. Manual window regulator手动玻璃升降器(1) Test speed shall be 4∼6 times per minute.测试速度为4-6次/分钟(2) Overrun torque of the test equipment crank handle shaft shall be 4.5∼6 Nm.手柄摇动扭矩4.5-6NM5.2.2. Power window regulator电动玻璃升降器(1) Test speed shall be 2 times per minute for ambient temperature durability test and 1 times per minute for high/low temperature durability test.室温下的耐久速度为2次/分钟，高温和低温下的耐久速度为1次/分钟(2) The motor shall be powered for 1 second after the glass stops at the top and bottom ends. Temperature of the yoke of the motor shall be kept to ambient temperature.电机通电1秒后玻璃停止在上下结束位置。
