时垂直暴力。 ➢ 双柱骨折（内侧+后侧）：损伤机制为屈膝
时内翻暴力。 ➢ 双柱骨折（外侧+后侧）：损伤机制为屈膝
时外翻暴力。
➢ 三柱骨折：损伤机制复杂，可以是伸膝损 伤，也可以是屈膝损伤，往往垂直暴力较 大。可伴有内、外翻暴力。
