前言
水泥混凝土桥面铺装层直接承受车辆轮压的作用,既是保护层,又是受力层,因 此,应具有足够的强度、良好的整体性以及抗冲击和耐疲劳的特性,同时,还应具有 防水性及温度变化的适应性能。

近年来,高速公路迅猛地向复杂地形地质条件的山区延伸,桥梁占路线总长的比 重越来越大;同时,交通流量和超载车辆不断提高,气候条件十分恶劣,因此,直接 承受车轮荷载的水泥混凝土桥面铺装面临严峻考验。传统的水泥混凝土桥面铺装结构 层,因设计、施工、环境等多种不利因素作用,导致桥梁水泥混凝土桥面铺装使用短 期内,出现大量裂缝、局部坑槽、角隅破坏、纵横缝啃边等病害,更严重者,由于混 凝土配合比设计、混凝土拌合、浇注与养护等技术落后,在混凝土浇注后的早期,就 出现大量裂缝,这些病害给行车舒适性、安全性和通行能力造成了严重影响。因此, 发展水泥混凝土桥面铺装层技术,对提高混凝土桥面铺装质量、延长桥梁结构使用寿 命,提高投资效益,具有重大意义。
