INGREDIENTS: 50ml peach juice or peach puree 120ml Champagne
PREPARATION: Pour the peach juice or peach puree into a champagne flute. Slowly add the Champagne.

PREPARATION: Fill an hi-ball glass with ice. Build with the Campari and vermouth. Top off with club soda.

(Celery salt optional) Fill cooler glass with ice, pour vodka and fill glass with bloody mary mix, garnish and serve.

PREPARATION: Place the lime wedges and sugar into a rock glass. Muddle well to create a paste. Pour in the cachaca. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Stir well.
