手机整机测试的方法1目的本规范定义了手机整机测试的方法和允收标准﹐以保证所提供之产品符合客户要求。

This document defined radio test and acceptable specification, and ensure the quality conforming to therequirement of the customer.2适用范围SCOPE适用于WLBG事业群生产手机产品的全球各厂区. 如果客户对手机有其它测试要求﹐则以客户要求优先.This document is applied for all factories produce radio in Wireless Business Group all over the world. First, place the samples into the case of high temperature, temperature﹕85℃, and keeping time of single cycle: 45minutes.b.Change time fromthehightemperaturetank tothe low temperaturetankof cycle test conditions:＜8 seconds;c. Place a small portion of Suntan Oil on a horizontal sample or surface to be tested.f. Electrical functioning is OK.2).Mechanical functioning is OK.3). No peeling-off(Class: =5B)in a dhesion test.4). All defects of a painted or plated coating, like flaking, bubbles, balls ect., are forbidden.4.1.2温度循环测试Temperature Cycle:4.1.2.1测试设备﹕Water fog apparatus(恒温恒湿机) 型号: THS–D6H–150TestApparatus:Water fog apparatus, MODEL: THS –D6H –1504.1.2.2测试条件﹕a高低温转换温度变化速率为7℃/ 分钟﹐湿度状态为实验室环境相对湿度﹔b低温﹕-40℃, 保温时间1小时﹐之后以7~8℃/ 分钟速率爬升﹔c高温﹕75℃, 保温时间1小时﹐之后以7~8℃/ 分钟速率降温﹔d试验相对湿度﹕40~70%﹔e部分样件涂抹防晒油(Suntan油)进行测试﹔f循环时间﹕最低96个小时﹔1个周期循环= 1小时/ -40℃和1小时/ 75℃.Test Condition﹕a.Changespeedfromthe low(or high)temperaturetothe high(or low) temperatureof cycle test conditions:7~8℃/minute,relative humidity is state of test room.b. Low temperature: -40℃, keeping time: 1h, then rise temperature per change speed of 7~8℃/minutec. High temperature: 75℃, keeping time: 1h, then drop temperature per change speed of 7~8℃/minuted. Test relative humidity﹕40~70%.e. Place a small portion of Suntan Oil on a horizontal sample or surface to be tested.f. Test temperature: 55℃﹐Relative Humidity: ≧95%b. Place a small portion of Suntan Oil on a horizontal sample or surface to be tested.c. All defects of a painted or plated coating, like flaking, bubbles, balls ect., are forbidden.4.2机械性能测试Mechanical functioning test4.2.1温湿度测试Damp Heat Test4.2.1.1测试设备﹕Water fog apparatus(恒温恒湿机) 型号: THS–D6H–150Test Equipment:﹕Water fog apparatus,Model: THS–D6H–1504.2.1.2测试条件﹕a试验温度:﹕55℃﹐相对湿度95%以上﹔b部分样件涂抹防晒油(Suntan油)进行测试﹔c放置时间﹕最低48个小时.Test Condition:a. Temperature is 55℃﹐R.H. is ≧95%.b. Place a small portion of Suntan Oil on a horizontal sample orsurface to be tested.c. Test time is ≧48 hours.4.2.1.3允收标准﹕a样件电性能正常﹔b样件机械性能正常﹔c外观面烤漆层附着力测试达到5B等级.d所有样件烤漆层﹑电镀层缺陷, 如脱落, 起泡, 鼓泡等不允许.Acceptance level:1). Electrical functioning is OK.2).Mechanical functioning is OK.3). All defects of a painted or plated coating, like flaking, bubbles, balls ect., are forbidden.4.2.2烤漆面耐MEK(丁酮)测试MEKResistance on paint coating Test4.2.2.1测试器材﹕M EK(丁酮)试剂化学滴管Reagents and material:M EKChemical burette4.2.2.2测试条件﹕a试验环境﹕室温(20~25℃)﹐相对湿度﹕40~70%﹔b用化学滴管吸取MEK(丁酮)试剂﹐滴于样件烤漆层表面﹐置于试验环境中﹔c放置时间﹕2分钟.d之后用干净布擦去样件表面的MEK(丁酮)试剂﹐并于光箱中观察.Test Conditions:a. Test environment﹕room t emperature(20~25℃)﹐R.H. 40~70%﹔b. Use chemical burette to place a small portion of the reagents (upon) on a horizontal sample surfacec.Additional reagent should be added to ensure a 2 minute continuous exposure.d. After a 2 min. time period, wipe the MEK, clean and examine immediately for noticeable changes in agloss-booth.4.2.2.3允收标准﹕样件外观面烤漆层无变化.Acceptance level:The sample must not visibly change in appearance.4.3LENS(镜片)耐刮伤测试LENS Scratch Test4.3.1钢丝绒耐刮伤测试Steel wool Scratch testing4.3.1.1测试设备﹕往复式耐磨试验机﹐型号: KM-FTR0000＃钢丝棉绒, 负载﹕500克测试定位治具Test Equipment:Wear-resisting Test Machine, Model:KM-FTR0000＃Steel Wool, Load﹕500g.FixedGauge4.3.1.2测试条件﹕a镜片固定于测试仪的底部, 在测试过程中, 镜片须固定而不移动.b撕开钢丝棉并展平成面积大约为1平方厘米, 厚度为1.5~3.0mm的薄层.c将钢丝棉置于镜片上面, 负载(500克)置于钢丝棉上﹐确保测试过程中负载之正压力施加于钢丝棉上﹐注意钢丝绵仅可用一次.d用20mm冲程以60转/分钟的速度磨擦试片.e循环次数﹕20次﹐测试后, 用软毛刷刷净试样表面, 仔细观察磨擦区域.Test Condition:a. Mount sample rigidly to the base, For proper results, the sample must be fixed in such a manner thatit does not move during testing.b. Rip the steel wool to roll( square: 1m㎡), thickness: 1.5~3.0mm.c. Put the steel wool onto the Lens, put load (500g) on the steel wool, to ensure that pressure put on thesteel wool (Notice: steel wool only does once).d. Rub against the panel to use the frequency of 20mm and 60r/min.e. Number of Cycles: 20 cycles, after cycle, brush the powder on the sample’s surface with a hairbrush,then inspect.4.3.1.3允收标准﹕镜片表面无明显划痕.Acceptance level:The surface of Lens must not be scratched4.3.2铅笔硬度测试Pencil hardness test4.3.2.1测试设备﹕BYK铅笔硬度测试仪Test equipment:BYK Automated pencil hardness tester4.3.2.2测试条件﹕a测试环境: 23±2℃和50±5%R.H.b用铅笔削刀削铅笔使笔芯露出5~6mm﹐用夹具夹持铅笔, 笔芯端面应光滑而无凸出或裂口.c固定镜片于水平测试平面上, 握住铅笔或铅笔夹具使笔芯与镜片平面成45。
