水通道蛋白4抗体在视神经脊髓炎 发病机制中的作用武雷黄德晖吴卫平 摘要:视神经脊髓炎(NMO)是主要累及视神经和脊髓的中枢神经系统自身免疫性脱髓鞘疾病,既往在其与多发性硬化的关系上一直存有争议,水通道蛋白4( AQP4)抗体的发现,不但为NMO是独立于MS的疾病实体提供了新的证据支持,而且把NMO的研究推上了一个新的水平。
该文就AQP4抗体在NMO发病机制中的作用,包括介导星形胶质细胞损伤、血-脑脊液屏障破坏、炎性反应细胞浸润、少突胶质细胞损伤和髓鞘破坏等方面进行综述。
