招 聘 原 因 及 理 由 招 聘 岗 位
（1）具有药学专业或相关专业(如临床药学、临床医学、公共卫生、生物 药学等)博士学位，教授如有 1—2 年国外博士后经历更佳。 （2）具有临床药学和药事管理教学与科研背景，熟悉相关专业课堂教学 和临床实践，能够申请国家级科研项目并实施。 （3）在本领域的核心期刊杂志发表第一作者或通讯作者论文，其中副教 授要求 3~5 篇（SCI 至少 3 篇） ，教授要求 5~10 篇（SCI 至少 5 篇） 。药 事管理专业视情况而定；具有国家级科研项目者优先考虑。 （4）富有团队意识，合作精神好，表达能力强。 Required: 1. Earned doctorate in clinical pharmacy, regulatory science, or closely related field. It will be favorable to have a postdoctoral training in international recognized institutions. 2. Evidence of ability to engage in teaching and research. Evidence of ability to develop an original research program and apply for national research funding. Evidence of oral, written, and electronic communication skills. Evidence of team work and cooperation. 3.
